1) I wish I could wear colour contact lenses..so sad..cant wear coz my left eye is aestic.
*hope i spell tat correctly*

2) It's hard for me to cry when watching sad movies. But I was in tears at the end of Spiderman 3 movie and Star Wars when all the Jedi die...sob sob..

3) I love my job and I love schooling. But i Hate studying..well ..who doesnt..Haha

4) My new frens found it hard to believe that I was a stage actor/scripwriter/director back then in school. I had bags of talents back then.. now not so..heehee..

5) I love nasyid songs and I think I want to set up a new nasyid group. Care to join me ..anyone?

6) Oh, I was also in athletics and was one of long distance runner..but i didnt win any competition. seems tat no one believe when i told them that.. I did lack of one thing though ..stamina. hee

7) I like kids..but kids tend to like me more..haha..they just cant stop smiling/laughing when they see my face....really really! Just ask ewan..rite ewan? He laughed so hard until he cry..i tell uu!

8) I used to have phobia with cats..but now ok already. Btw, I cant stand lizards! GIve me heart attack every time i see them! *hush..dont tell anyone*

9) I am actually starting to like pink now...thanks to 'you-know-who'....haha

10) I was so lazy to dress up back then. Right Faizal? Absolutely nerdy dorky guy..haha. But now quite presentable i guess..haaha. Thanks to 'you-know-who' again...

11) I have actually nvr been to anywhere outside Malaysia. Not even Sarawak or Sabah. So please, anyone kind enuff to bring me out of this 'zone'? hee...

12) Been having trouble with my bike lately. Just last nite, got stuck in the middle of ECP. Good thing dad was around to help me buy oil..gosh..or I will still be 'eatinh wind' in the middle of ECP ...

13) I just dislike people when they act clever. I mean..not only you who know abt that particular thing. Most ppl also gone tru tat..They are saying like they are the only ones who have been there..done tat..

14) I rather act dumb than act clever. At least by acting dumb, you can make the other person look clever. And anything dumb sumtimes can mean being humble...

15) I just love being around ppl who have super great sense of humour. If u are the emo, or 'rock solid' feelingless person, please stay away from me..haaha

16) I think by now my frens wld know that I just cant stop making them laugh. Being the funniest person in the WORLD is my resolution for 2009...wohoo!

17) Very few ppl know that I am very serious when at work. I think Ridhuan and Faizal can testify to that..huh..hee. Btw..I hate being serious..lets smile everyone! wohoo!

23) I seriously dont like to wear ring on my finger.Mum asked me, dad asked me...I just say no. I just dont like anything to be in between my fat fingers..eeks!

24) Oo its 24. Which reminds me..I ORD when I was 24 yrs old. 2 yrs before before that was the most agonising days of my life. Hate NS. Hate the pay..but the buddies I've made..Priceless.

Nice Guys Never Finish Last..

"This is a tribute to the nice guys. The nice guys that finish last, that never become more than friends, that endure hours of whining and bitching about what assholes guys are, while disproving the very point. This is dedicated to those guys who always provide a shoulder to lean on but restrain themselves to tentative hugs, those guys who hold open doors and give reassuring pats on the back and sit patiently outside the changing room at department stores. This is in honor of the guys that obligingly reiterate how cute/beautiful/smart/funny/sexy their female friends are at the appropriate moment, because they know most girls need that litany of support. This is in honor of the guys with open minds, with laid-back attitudes, with honest concern. This is in honor of the guys who respect a girl’s every facet, from her privacy to her theology to her clothing style.

This is for the guys who know a girl is fishing for compliments but give them out anyway, for the guys who always play by the rules in a game where the rules favor cheaters, for the guys who are accredited as boyfriend material but somehow don’t end up being boyfriends, for all the nice guys who are overlooked, underestimated, and unappreciated, for all the nice guys who are manipulated, misled, and unjustly abandoned, this is for you.

This is for that time she left 40 urgent messages on your cell phone, and when you called her back, she spent three hours painstakingly dissecting two sentences her boyfriend said to her over dinner. And even though you thought her boyfriend was a chump and a jerk, you assured her that it was all ok and she shouldn’t worry about it. This is for that time she interrupted the best killing spree you’d ever orchestrated in GTA3 to rant about a rumor that romantically linked her and the guy she thinks is the most repulsive person in the world. And even though you thought it was immature and you had nothing against the guy, you paused the game for two hours and helped her concoct a counter-rumor to spread around the floor. This is also for that time she didn’t have a date, so after numerous vows that there was nothing “serious” between the two of you, she dragged you to a party where you knew nobody, the beer was awful, and she flirted shamelessly with you, justifying each fit of reckless teasing by announcing to everyone: “oh, but we’re just friends!” And even though you were invited purely as a symbolic warm body for her ego, you went anyways. Because you’re nice like that.

The nice guys don’t often get credit where credit is due. And perhaps more disturbing, the nice guys don’t seem to get laid as often as they should. And I wish I could logically explain this trend, but I can’t. From what I have observed on campus and what I have learned from talking to friends at other schools and in the workplace, the only conclusion I can form is that many girls are just illogical, manipulative bitches. Many of them claim they just want to date a nice guy, but when presented with such a specimen, they say irrational, confusing things such as “oh, he’s too nice to date” or “he would be a good boyfriend but he’s not for me” or “he already puts up with so much from me, I couldn’t possibly ask him out!” or the most frustrating of all: “no, it would ruin our friendship.” Yet, they continue to lament the lack of datable men in the world, and they expect their too-nice-to-date male friends to sympathize and apologize for the men that are jerks. Sorry, guys, girls like that are beyond my ability to fathom. I can’t figure out why the connection breaks down between what they say (I want a nice guy!) and what they do (I’m going to sleep with this complete ass now!). But one thing I can do, is say that the nice-guy-finishes-last phenomenon doesn’t last forever. There are definitely many girls who grow out of that train of thought and realize they should be dating the nice guys, not taking them for granted. The tricky part is finding those girls, and even trickier, finding the ones that are single.

So, until those girls are found, I propose a toast to all the nice guys. You know who you are, and I know you’re sick of hearing yourself described as ubiquitously nice. But the truth of the matter is, the world needs your patience in the department store, your holding open of doors, your party escorting services, your propensity to be a sucker for a pretty smile. For all the crazy, inane, absurd things you tolerate, for all the situations where you are the faceless, nameless hero, my accolades, my acknowledgement, and my gratitude go out to you. You do have credibility in this society, and your well deserved vindication is coming."

HaHa..yes. Its been a while since I write in here..well I don't know how I got the time now to update this..

I have nothing much to say except that school is great. Work in wonderful and life is low-profile..haha..

OK, I think part of that quizy thingy is true. I am old-fashioned and I prefer to dance in a group. I can never dance alone. HaHa..I did some dance performance before. Let me recall, first one was 'Nsync - Its Gonna Be Me/Bye Bye Bye' , then after that I did some malay dance (yes, weird but true! ) and oh ya, back in primary school days, I did a slow sentimental malay song/dance..So to sum it up, I am a versatile dancer although I would love to learn zapin and tap dance..hee..love it!

Ok back to reality now, Yes! I'm back..WoHoo! And I sound a bit old..but what the heck, you cant hear my voice from here..HaHa. Ok, I'm done with reservist and the mendaki camp, next is the test then projects and lastly getting married..HaHa..no lahs..(Gila si aLFiE ni...) . Yes , reservist was well...simply boring. But the last day was fun. Had a cohesion @ Safra Yishun organised by our Commanding Officer. All kind of games and sports were played. I played bowling, tug of war and soccer and guess what..I lost all three of them..what a surprise! HaHa...

But most of the fun came before reservist..the Mendaki Camp..hee..although its like only two days, I had lots of fun with the kids. And some of the boys were really handsome lahs. I just wish I can bring one home and make him my own brother..hee..Weird thing is, it wasnt even tiring...

And oh ya, the FACIs were great, the commitee was great. The kids were awesomely adorable..and the games were amazingly fun..Thanks Remy..you are a fantastic camp commandant..hee..and so are you Mr Ridhuan... Lots of pics, I shall go through it one by one..really! Lots of pics..I'm not kidding you..so I shall stop typing now..woHoo, scroll down pls..ladies and gentleman..

What Your Fridge Says About You

Okays, firstly let me say I am very careful with my money. HaaHa..and secondly I am not materialistic. I think all the people I know will tend to agree with that..HaHa. In fact they will say I am anti-materialistic. Here I am updating my blog when by right I should be studying. But by left, let my brain rest lahs. Its so tiring. Work, school, volunteer work, sleeping, making jokes..woah..How can any human go through this? Hee..

Everyone is busy. But what I don't like the most is ..Some of this people, even if they are not as busy as they thought they are...they would still say they are busy. I mean yes..everyone goes to work. Everyone get to go home. And for some, even spending their nights at home, they would still say they are super busy. Can't be involve in this, can't be involve in that..Cant do this, cant do that. In fact, I think the word ' busy' is the most commonly use excuse nowadays..yes..whatever happen to the word 'lazy'?

I mean, I have school at night, work in the day. Volunteer work plus normal work on weekends, studying on weeknights..and yet I found time to slot in some leisure and rest time to spend with my friends. I'm saying, its not that you don't have time. Everyone got 24hrs, so its up to you to manage it well. So the next person who says she/he is super busy...I make sure I ask them what they do every single minute of the day...haaha

Ok, this month entry would be loads with words. Just recently, I had 3 wonderful person who just pass their driving. Congrats to Izzah, even though she passed on a auto-driving course..Haha. Next is Jumiati. Big congrats, for her is manual. So please stop being a hazard to the road. I heard you just hit some vehicle on your first day of driving outside. Wow, bad start my friend..HaHa. And finally to my one and only sister. She didnt exactly get her license yet, but she passed her Final Theory test...like FINALLY! To all, let me remind you, the ROAD is like a JUNGLE out there..so be careful when driving. One mistake can cause injury or even death. The least worst thing that could happen, you need to fork out lots of dollars if you dented any cars. So drive safely, newbies..Hee..

Ok, I save my last wishes to my bestest friend, Ewan. Last weekend, we spent his birthday by the beach, cycling and picnic. Really cool, I really hope he enjoyed the whole outing. Pictures below..lets go through one by one...shall we?

So here I am writing again. HaHa....It's been a while. And boy...so many things happen..haaha. But I will only tell you a little..Well, my close friends would know what's going on...HaHa.

But let me mention about school. It has been great. My classmates are cool. Well, I expected a little older age group but most of them are of my age. Some abit younger than me..but thats good. There is this one guy. A group of classmate call him the 'Cyclops'. HaHa..well..it has something to do with his looks...pretty scary..HaHa..and another one..one chinese girl..we call her 'Madusa'. Well., if you wondering who Madusa is, it is this weird Greek mythical creature who has snakes on her head..and when she looks at anyone..that person can turn into stone. HaHa..but I'm not saying this girl look like Madusa, but when she look at you or any one of us in the class, it turn us into 'stone'. So scary..haaha..and she sometimes even mumbling to herself!

Ok so those are my classmates. About my lecturers, I like my Maths teacher. He is so cute, he teaches so fast like a bullet train and he likes to swing his hands around. He smile alot...but his subject certainly doesn't make us smile that easily. And whenever he ask us to give him the final answer through calculator..we keep giving him the wrong answer..haha. Well, the 'we' is my crazy group. So the whole class will keep wondering why they can't get the correct answer. My other lecturer, teaching Electrical Installation is another PHD holder. Whenever he teach, suddenly in the middle of talking about numbers and formulas, he suddenly change topic and talk about his life story. How he got con, cheat...how he got his PHD, his younger days..OH MY GOD! WE are paying school fees and there he was telling us stories! Ok, moving on...You know I don't really watch Indonesian movies at a Cinema. But this one movie really is different from others. To those who have not watch it, please do. Coz I just don't recommend any kind of movies to people...If I do, that means the show is really good. It has a lesson to learn from. The actresses in the movie are all beautifully gorgeous. The movie made many people in the cinema cry, including my fren who were sitting beside me. I almost cried but maybe because I'm not a woman. HaHa...The movie is just not any love story. Its an Islamic love story. It would be interesting to see the characters in the movie out in real life. For example, Maria, the lady who's religion is Christianity but voicing out the verse from Surah Mariam is like singing Twinkle2 Little Stars...so fluent and she even knows the meaning of it. How many Christian woman would actually know that? And another one, is Aisha. Fahri's wife. Who's eyes is so hypnotizing. So attractive..that I wish I could have a wife like her. Not because of her looks or wealth, but because of her character..and lastly Fahri. Wow, how many guys nowadays would actually say 'Astagfirullah' whenever he see eye to eye with a lady. I tell you, there are very few guys like that here in Singapore. I'm not saying there's none..HaHa...ok ..well..I shall not tell you more..Coz it would definitely spoil it if you hadn't watch the movie yet...I give it 4 our of 5 stars...Heee...

Yes, Its time to talk about American Idol. Its been a long time since I mention any idol thingy here..So here it goes, ThE FiNALE! David VS David. One thing for sure, we know that the name of the winner will be David ..HaHa. Rocker vs CuTe Boy...Personally, I like DC. Even though, his voice is common, its brilliant and he can change the arrangement of any songs into a good one. That I say is a mark of a great artist. That shows he can write good songs. DA on the other hand, his vocals are unique. No artist I know that sound like him. His voice is angelic. His looks is nice but not yet like a superstar. While DC, certainly look like a real celebrity. Both are absolutely humble. This gonna be a really close final. Like the final where Ruben Vs Clay Aiken. I mean you would really want both to win. Lets face it, the ladies singers are pretty much predictable. All the female winners kinda won on a one sided finale. From Kelly Clarkson, Fantasia, Carrie Underwood..and Jordin Sparks....As far as I can remember, we can all remember how one sided all those Finale were...So to conclude, without being a little biased here..I think guy singers always the better choice..HaHa. So I am rooting for David Cook! Yay!

Last but not least, June is going to be a super hectic month for me. From reservist to Mid Semester Test to the Mendaki Cahaya Camp and plus two of my closest friend's birthday. So thats all 5 things all pack in a month plus my normal job of course...HaHa.. I am so looking forward to July coz thats when all my pack schedules are done and dusted..HaHa..Yay!

The one on the left are all my senior technician collegues. The one on the right are all the clerks except for the old chinese guy at the back (who is my manager) and the guy on the most right..which is my good friend. Haaha

The young technicians/padawans...heehe. Well..actually there's more new ones now...young and handsome too..but since this was taken last year..so its kinda not the latest update lahs..Haha..

This was after 4 rounds of buffet..haaha..waiting for lucky draw prizes..guess what..I didnt win any...what a surprise!

This is only half of the 'gang'. HaHa... But overall, fun people to hang around with ..every morning.

If only they had Newcastle United players on the other corner..it would make a perfect heaven for me...Haaha..

Update on me, First week of school, so fun but next week..thats when stress come knocking at my empty brain's door...Haha. Anyhoo, you know, I've just played Need For Speed Prostreet, and I keep getting 3rd or 4th. I can't seem to get 1st place! Darn it! It is so difficult to drive 3D cars..HaHa! Real cars are much easier.

Ok I know its been a long time since I type anything on this blog, but first things first...Finally I have admitted myself in SP! Hurray! No, its not Singapore Power, its Singapore Poly! HaaHa..

It took me alot of thinking and careful consideration, mainly becoz, its not easy or cheap having working and studying at the same time. Have to sacrifice lots of things, have to lose a few commitments and last but not least, have to spend quite a lot of bucks for school.

First, sacrificing my time at home and at mosque at night. With poly, it will be 3 or 4 times a week. And no more watching TVs late at night. Haiz....Secondly, commitments, I can't commit to anymore volunterism or meetings unless it falls on a school break. And lastly the which hit me the most, financially. Having night classes at night certainly will restrict me from taking lots of O.T...and that equals lesser income. Plus, the travelling from home to SP...the fuel prices are certainly not getting any cheaper. So that too will hit me hard....But all in all, I think it is worth it...I hope so....of coz with my sis being a bit more pessimistic and thinks this is a waste of time...It certainly not helping my confidence..but I am so immune to people poking negativity at me..that with them doing that, it will only spur me on! Yihoo!

OK moving on to totally different topic, haaha.,Firstly, bad news...well..its not so bad news to me....but the Cahaya camp has been postponed to June instead of this March. I cant say that I'm disappointed but I'm not that happy either. Anyway, we had our meeting in town on Thurs night....Well the other good news is, there will be another camp in Dec. And its a youth camp! I am so much better with youth than kids coz I am a youth myself..HaHa! Ok, who am I kidding here..? HaHa..Here's a few takes from the last meeting....

As you can see, our chairman for the camp and also one of my best friends. One of the guys who can go along very well with my crappy jokes! HeHe, He looked pretty shocked, dont he? Kekeke!

Maybe because I suprisingly agreed to one of his crazy ideas..HaHa

Anyhoo, me went to JB a few weeks ago with one of my relatives. It was a short and simple outing. A very interesting topic came about over dinner. Apparrently, while talking about partners and marriages and finding a guy for my sister which my uncles,aunts, mum and dad were doing, and me seating abit further away from them ..while eating my 4th round of Ice-cream dessert, I can't help but overheard the discussion. My parents were actually discussing matchmaking my sister coz she doesn't seem to be interested in any guy or loser which she kinda label it for most malay guys here in Singapore. She thinks all guys are loser. So I guess that includes me and my dad too. And FYI, Yes, she did said that. So as you can see now , the reason why my parents are trying hard and keep reminding her to go get married quickly! HaHa..so now, my parents is asking my uncle for help. And now, my uncle told her, he have someone for her IF she is interested. And according to my uncle, this guy would suit her well mainly because he has a Degree and a High Salary Job. Whatever happen to good moral values, caring, kind and simple? HaHa

Anyhoo, my parents kinda agree to it..and me at one corner thinking.. 'My gosh! Are all parents like that? As long as that guy has a degree and high salary...they would agree to anything. I mean, are all parents looking for that kinda guy for their daughters?' I mean no wonder most of my normal guy friends are either single or gay. No high salary or degree, well the only degree they got is their body temperature! Degree Celscius! I think they have lost all hope in girls...! HaHa..So the moral of the story for part one here is...Anyone who you like to come in for my sister, please contact me. I think you have to arrange an appointment with her first..She is like kinda busy 24/7!

Fyi, she clashed with a kid while cycling and didnt even say 'sorry' to the kid, instead she blamed the kid for not checking his blindspot! Oh gosh!

You know, I noticed something about girls lately. Correct me if I'm wrong, but most ladies now certainly taking their time finding a suitable partner for themselves. I think thats good but the problem is, this thing can prolong for so long and until suddenly , these ladies...found out that age has suddenly caught up with her. The next thing they know, they are almost reaching the big THREE-ZERO. And as you all know, After that age has past, the chance of pregnancy become less and most of them will panic and quickly find any guy who is basically on the street to make them their husband. HaHa..I dont mean exactly that..but you get the meaning. Anyhoo, this will then lead to lots of divorces. And that's why you can see now, there are lots of single carreer-minded mums out there. Its not because that the guys are jerks..but ..I dont know how to put it.....hmm...Giers tend to push the panic button very quickly...What I only pity of, is their children...Ahh...crappo!

Ok, you know watching TVs are good for you. I still believe TVs give you better chance of learning than books. Its more interactive and fun. So while I was at home over the weekends, I catched some interesting shows over at Animal Planet. Yes, it is one of my fave channels in this whole wide world! HaHa...

As you can see, this is an Owl. It is not one of my fave animals mainly because it does not look cute but anyways..HaHa..You notice its eyeballs? You cant see it, can you? Hmm..if you were to move your finger infront of the Owl's eyes, it eyes wont roll over like us humans. Instead, its the Owl's head that acts like its eyeballs. Somehow, its head can turn 180 degs just like any normal eyes. But not its eyes itself. Ok, you get my explaination? If you dont, then you might as well become like this Owl...HaHa..

Another animal I would love to introduce you to, is the Sloth. It is one of my fave animals. It smiles, slow..ok make that extremely slow and it is harmless..HaHa

Ok, do you know the Sloth is actually I think the slowest animal on earth? I'm not sure abt tortoise, but heck, if it were to race a 50metres with a 100yrs old human, I think the human will win. Haha..and do you know why it eats upside down? Or even sleep upside down? Basically because it has an intestine that is upside down..HaHa..really! I am not kdding you, and its digestion is super slow than watching paint dry...amazing creature. Do they allow us to take them as pets ..btw? Hehe..

Ok, I think I shall end here. Let me see..I have to start cleaning the house now....and I cant afford to be as slow as the sloth..! haaha..ok

HooLaLa...

What a week it has been. I think it's the first week of the 2008 where I did not have a laugh at all. How much more depressing can it get, you might think. But at the end of it, I came out fine and with some good news. The good news is, our overtime pay will increase starting next month. We were called in a meeting, it was all so sudden.

And you tell me, which manager would be so nice and ask you, 'Just name your price, how much you want your O.T pay to increase'? And we all took this amazing opportunity and raise our 'prices'..HaHa...On the whiteboard were the amount of the salary we suggested.

Some shouted, "Five times more, Four times..." The Manager responded, "Okay, so much ah? Who wants 2 times more only? And we all replied, " No deal...No deal.." (Doing the No-Deal hand gesture)...HaHa...It was so funny..That's what I like about my job...The people around it makes it so much fun to work...

In the end, we all stick to 5 times. Well, the manager is going to propose to the Big Boss soon regarding that overtime pay increment. Hopefully it goes well. HaHa....

I had a fantastic time last week. In fact, I think I had a fantastic January. One of the best January I had in years! Went out with Faizal and Nuer to celebrate Faizal Birthday. Mind you, I had 3outings with 3 other set of friends, and I chose to go out with Faizal and Nuer. I'm so sorry to the other two groups of friends.

First I had this meeting with Wak and Ridhuan. Well, the time clashed. But at least we did manage to postpone it and had the meeting on Wed Nite @ Raffles instead. So, that one was okay although he was pretty mad at me for cancelling at the 11th hour. Hehe...

Another one was Mariyam's Birthday. Well, at least she had with her her best friend to be with that day. And I think she had fun the whole day. Apologies again..But then again, I don't usually 'bubble' my friends, coz the outingg with F & N was postponed from last week where else the other two was kinda last minute. So people, any appointments, please tell me at least a week in advanced. I don't really like last minute thingy, make me panic easily..haha.

So moving on with the outing with Faizal/Nuer. Went to Mind Cafe. Never been there...But after been there, I think I want to go there again....HeHe..It was so fun..I'll let the pictures do the talking now...
